POS Solutions

we are the Vectron partner for Romania. Vectron manufactures professional PointOfSale equipment mobiles and fixed, hardware and software. Our first implementation was the Mezzo Gelateria from Iulius Mall, Timišoara. In the beginning of 2010 we implemented a big instalation at the BlackBox Club also in Iulius Mall Timisoara. In this installation we integrated the QoS equipment ServiceCall.

Apps

desktop or web. Developed by us for the local market or as custom projects for offshore partners. Our custom POS software, POSable, can be found in a few local bars. We developed a stock management app for local businesses that has been implemented since 2005. Outsourced project include domains like automotive, industrial manufacturing document tracking or civil engineering.

Customer Support

delivered by a distributed team for a dedicated customer, this service is an important part of our portfolio. The project consists in offering customer support for the Romanian customers of our contractor. Our team takes care of tens of thousands of online customers with the help of specific tools like ticket systems, wikis, forums, chats. The management of the team is a project in it self and a continuous challenge.

Web sites

micromanagement of a few websites like Ottima Pan and other minor pages. We develop web sites in partnership with local designers and design studios. Our focus is on usability and user satisfaction. 

Consultancy

is a minor service we offer for special request for software apps, systems setup and hardware installation.
